Patricia McCarthy was one of the very first editors to publish my poetry in a literary journal. Patricia has taken an interest in my writing from my start and has offered encouragement ever since. I’m incredibly grateful to her for this and for including two of my poems in Agendapoetry, her final issue as editor before John Burnside takes the helm at St Andrews University.
